Rank Advancement & Nomination FormThe Library's Memorial Program is a plan where friends of BYU can memorialize a loved one through contributions to the University libraries. Each $10 contribution places one book in the Harold B. Lee Library. Acknowledgment of your gift is sent immediately to the family of the deceased. A special bookplate will be placed in the book, giving the name of the person being memorialized and the name of the donor. A receipt will be sent to the donor. For further information on how you can contribute to this program, contact the Library Administrative Offices at 801-422-2905 or at lao@byu.edu.
